We will never be beaten on Landlord letting fees or the quality of our services to Landlords and Tenants.

 

With approximately 25 tenatnts applying for a single let , we offer our landlords a full tenant referencing service and an optional rental guarantee should they wish.

 

 

We offer a Find Tenant Only Service and a Management Service. We do not collect rental payments, on behalf of the Landlord. We will set up up the payment method from the Tenant to the Landlord. 

 

Tenants register with us to be first in line, when a suitable property becomes available. Don't miss out.

 

Buzzard Homes never hold any clients or tenants money. We are a Member of The Tenancy Deposit Scheme , who hold all Tenants deposits in thier Custodial Account. Membership No. EW117130. Buzzard Homes are Members of The Property Redress Scheme. Member No. PRS041014.
