• A follow up, in person Valuation and discussion of suggested asking price,
• including expert advice on "how to get your property sales ready"
• All the required Vendor checks that you require to sell a property.
• EPC , if you don't have a certificate we can arrange for you , this is a legal requirement . Fee is £80
• Your property will be listed on Zoopla, Prime Location and On the Market, three of the UK's largest Property Portals.

• There is no time limit to how long your property is featured on the above sites. Only agents can list properties on these sites.

• Limited Property Photos. (video options and additional photo options available)
• Arranged and qualified, non accompanied viewings, you the vendor host the viewings.
• 24/7 access to our Client Portal with Feedback and Sales Progression.
• Referals to Conveyancors, Surveyors and Mortgage Services (should you wish)
• Buzzard Homes For Sale / Sold Board (subject to your agreement). Not required but we would advise.

 

 

Our Basic Sales Package Fees (all fees + vat)

On signing of a zero term contract and listing of your Property on The Portals. This is a non refundable upfront fee to cover our costs and the above services. If you employ a new agent and they sell your property our success fees will not apply.

There is no additional joint agency fee . Our Fees Initial Fees are based on the following price bands:

• We host a viewing £45 per viewing, if you are away or can't make it!
• Rightmove Listing , please contact us , normally an additional £350 
• Featured Listing on Zoopla and Prime Location £175
